I read the new X algorithm code so you don't have to tl;dr for creators: >posting back to back hurts your reach >stop farming likes and give people a reason to reply + share by copying the link of your post >original posts help new people find you >time spent reading matters >video views and profile clicks don't help ranking >real connections help your reach >small accounts have a shot too Which one surprised you most?

marketing is the only job where literally everyone in the company thinks they can do your job. >CEO sends you content ideas at 2am. >sales team wants more leads with $0 ad spend. >product team hates your ragebait copy but wants viral reach for their mid product. >finance wants better ROI and keeps cutting your event budget. >legal team wants to approve every meme. >your community wants you online 24/7. and yes your partner thinks you just make memes on social media for a living.

Every Kay Adams reply I get, I still can’t fully believe it’s actually her and not her social media team. I know it is. I just can’t prove it. Legend either way. @heykayadams
