Instead of apologies and reparations—which, if you ask me, is a load of bollox anyway—why not start an Abolition Act 2.0? We’ve done it before, we can do it again.
This time around, since Britain has no slaves of its own to free (because we already ended it once, or so we thought), we should identify exactly where slavery is still happening and call on the world to call it out and end it.
