Dead Emote

Ima be real honest for a quick second. Until you or someone you’re close with gets put in a position where they’re being isolated and ostracized on twitch due to drama… you’ll never understand how painful it is to already be dealing with irl bs and then ALSO having an entire community of people turn their backs on you because they agreed with the popular person’s side of the story. I no longer ban and block people because of word of mouth unless I have reason to. There’s about 2-3 people in my life who I would ban someone for no questions asked but other than that, I know what it feels like. I know what it’s like to hurt others because you’re hurting. It’s not okay and I’m not saying it is. But I am saying that isolating someone when they’re already hurting does more damage than it does good. I’m glad these things happened and people walked away from me when I was at my lowest because it showed me who they truly were when a friend is struggling. I see these things all the time on twitch and it’s still happening to others. Until it happens to you, you’ll never understand.
