It's funny given that their website is short on detailed explanations, and instead asks that you "request a demo!"
I contacted @everlaw and asked for a demo because I'll be on a conference panel about ediscovery and wanted to be up to date on their product. Their sales rep said no, sorry, "it's not worth our resources to demo the product unless you have an active matter."
FYI, @LexisNexisLegal updated their interface on Sunday and broke the ability to copy pin cites. If you've been wondering why it's not working this week, it's broken for everyone. Their support's response was that there is nothing you can do.
