Kennedy vs Shamil is the head scratcher. The money leans Gaziev, but the numbers don’t. Kennedy is certainly a risky/volatile fighter, but Shamil’s defense is poor and he also doesn’t have much offense. 🤷🏻♂️

Update: The 2 co-sponsors filed this as a bi-partisan amendment to the minibus being discussed tomorrow afternoon by the House Rules Committee. One of only 22 proposed amendments as of now.
While Closed Rule is expected, which would virtually eliminate a messy floor debate & any new amendments, the House Rules Committee can include this as part of a Self-Executing Rule. The hope is that this is viewed as a common sense bi-partisan technical correction with little budgetary impact.
I don't know the odds but "that's why they play the games."
