At a #20letvEU conference in Prahue today, 🇨🇿PM Fiala highlights the issue of strategic dependencies, esp. on China, as a challenge to 🇨🇿 and 🇪🇺 security. Calls strongly for the need to reignite 🇪🇺 competitiveness (incl. via "rational" approach to decarbonisation). #derisking
