Or I'm certainly now going to debate with myself, what am I going to say if I'm asked to go on the street and conduct illegal actions?” During Hegseth's rambling, peacocking speech, he railed against "woke" policies in the military, attacked "fat" soldiers and leaders, and called for imposing "male standards" on all troops. He called for hazing recruits and said that drill sergeants will be allowed to "put their hands on” them. At the same event, Donald Trump gave a slurred, incoherent speech and talked about using American cities as “training grounds” for armed forces. The event attendees were high-ranking military officials and generals who were forced to fly in from around the globe and the fascist rubbish spewed by Hegseth and Trump was a total waste of their time. “And I guarantee you that the people in that audience will not execute illegal orders. We have been saying that for a long time,” said Hertling. “But at the same time, all of them, not only were they personally embarrassed, but they were embarrassed for their services that had, you know, sit in that audience and listen to this kind of stuff,” said Hertling. “That's the worst part of all this. You know, there's a saying in the military that's a great leadership dictum: ‘You praise in public and you discipline in private,’” he went on. “This was a disciplinary approach in public with cameras, so the whole nation could see. And it was an attempt at separating the military institution from the people that they defend.” Clearly, voters made a historic mistake putting these MAGA freaks in charge of the most powerful military in the history of the world. BREAKING: Donald Trump gets hit with nuclear bad news as Democratic Congressman Jamie Raskin launches a probe into his alleged illegal acceptance of $10 million from the Egyptian government during his 2016 campaign. And it gets even worse for MAGA... Raskin is also investigating whether or not Trump allies smothered an investigation into the alleged corruption — meaning he could be poised to uncover a sprawling conspiracy. As the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, Raskin sent a letter after The Washington Post discovered that the Egyptian government withdrew $10 million in funds soon after Trump placed the same amount of money into his campaign towards the end of the 2016 election. It must be noted that while president, Trump went on to call Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi his "favorite dictator" and released military aid that had been held up due to human rights abuses — which certainly looks like a quid pro quo. The Justice Department investigated the issue, concerned that Trump violated campaign finance laws, but his Attorney General Bill Barr put a stop to it. Raskin wrote that the Post's report "renewed suspicion that you collected a $10 million cash bribe from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. This detailed news report has also triggered serious speculation that your handpicked political appointees at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), including Attorney General William Barr, subsequently blocked efforts by career prosecutors and agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to investigate the political and financial corruption that has been described." "Surely you would agree that the American people deserve to know whether a former president—and a current candidate for president—took an illegal campaign contribution from a brutal foreign dictator," he added. Raskin is demanding access to the records sought by investigators, documentation from Trump about where the campaign loan came from, and is also asking if he "directly or indirectly received money from the Egyptian President or government." Raskin added that the timing of the loan was "especially notable because earlier that year Deutsche Bank, your long-time creditor and one of the few banks that had still been willing to extend you loans, emphatically declined your request for additional credit."
