The difference is Batman doesn’t go around branding people. You think Batman is the Phantom or Zorro? Zorro is a swordsman, it’d be weird if all Batman did in a movie was cut down people with swords. Batman killing is no different to the Punisher (disrespectfully).

Superman can intimidate Batman who is branding people (which is a crazy sentence by itself), but he can’t save people in the Capitol building from a bomb? Plus how dumb is Batman in it? Dude is Lex’s bitch, and was even branding villains for Lex to murder in prison.

I get that the bad guy has to be the main character in these villain movies, and an origin story is an obvious way to do that, but I want to see a movie from the villain’s perspective as they go against an established hero. I want to see a Batman fight through the bad guy’s eyes.
