🧵We at @FindOutPac remain committed to holding the Texas Supreme Court accountable for their decisions attacking reproductive freedoms.
My response to the @HoustonChron endorsing Texas Supreme Court Justices Blacklock and Bland below.
“While I commend the Chronicle’s Editorial Board for endorsing Christine Vinh Weems, their decision to endorse Justices Jimmy Blacklock and Jane Bland is indefensible. For the Editorial Board, Blacklock and Bland’s support for extreme rulings that endanger the lives of Texas women and families may be just a single data point, but for everyday Texans, those rulings are the difference between life and death.”

Dear Fellow Girl Dads,
Our daughters are counting on us. They deserve a future where they don’t almost bleed to death, after being refused the care they need, because of cruel abortion laws. Like her mom almost did. Vote accordingly. 35 days. 💔💙#ReproductiveRights #girldad

To a statistical tie between the Dem & GOP candidates.

Since Texas is one of those states that forbids a citizen-initiated ballot measure, these three Texas Supreme Court contests are the best pure measure of how Texas voters feel about abortion rights, certainly at least since Dobbs was decided. I know there is Allred vs. Cruz, but there is so much more money and issues packed into that single race. So, for the moment, put that race aside. Abortion is an issue now left to the states and, of course, Texas’s various abortion statutes always are hotly litigated up to Texas Supreme Court where these Justices always back our extremist lawmakers. So, since we still choose to elect our Justices in a popular vote, I am Glad to see some money going into voter education on the matter. Very clearly stated: If you favor the level of rights that were afforded by Roe v Wade or some other expression of reproductive rights better than what we now have, then vote for the Democratic candidate in these three 2024 Texas Supreme Court races.
