Apple & pear jam with Carmel cream and caramel glaze, hubs says it's my best one yet, says the sponge is softer & fluffier!
Recipe calls for 3 large, size varies - so I weigh them if they are under 6oz I top up with milk - makes the sponge so much lighter!
