Personal update time! (Not getting fired sorry) After nearly 6 years on Brawl, I'm finally going to take my first sabbatical, meaning I'll be off for 5 (!) months after the world finals in Tokyo. 🇯🇵 Not to worry though, the brawl team has been set up to accomodate for this. The frogs were my last design on the brawler side, and others have been designed by other great people in the team - which will continue in my absence, including game modes and buffies. Balance changes have already been implemented and ideated by other people in previous updates - and I've been consulting more than executing. Feedback on socials is already read by more people than me, and can be actioned as such. Ultimately, this means the team is set up in the best possible way to make sure the content we deliver will continue to be awesome - regardless of my presence! It's equally exciting and scary to be able to step away and experience brawl from purely a player's perspective - and I cannot wait to see what the team will cook up in my absence. 🔥🚀
