I have tried that numerous times and did it again. When I open devices, my beam still shows offline. And it does not respond to voice.
I sent in a diagnostic report re my beam. Issue is with Alexa I guess. No response to voice and showing as offline on Alexa ap. Though I can use tune in via sonos ap. No light on microphone.
@SonosSupport my Sonos beam is showing offline and I can’t seem to get it to respond to voice st all. Working fine as speaker for tv. Help.
