Drake saw who his friends in the industry were. Idk how future managed to slip back in the mix but yeah only ppl on Drake albums going forth is me, 21, Latto, Sexy and PND. (Outside of the other 2 of the big 3, Wayne and what's her name)
Yung Miami says Drake left her on read when she asked him to get on the 'Spend Dat' remix 👀 “Drake left me on read. I'm like, 'Drake, what did I do?' I love Drake... Just tell me no. I'm good with the no, but leaving me on read is like, what?” (via Hot 97)

She groomed and raped a 14 year old kid she met as his therapist in a juvenile detention center, and continued to bang him until he was 17. We talk about the 50-100 teachers who make the news each year. But there are 1000’s of women in other professions or who just happen to live in the neighborhood raping teens too. And no one will ever know about them.

Underrated life advice: Have more hobbies & fewer opinions. Learn an instrument. Plant a garden. Build something with your hands. Cook. Paint. Run. The happiest people I know spend less time debating life and more time actually living it.

It’s genuinely jarring to hear a pro athlete talk like a person and not a hostage reading a statement prepared by the comms department
Yaxel Lenderborg on his NBA debut and guarding Luka: "I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me... Being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect. That was awful" Transcript of this soundbite: "Yeah, it was interesting. I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me, for sure. I had a lot of respect for him (Luka). You know, just watching. I didn't really watch the NBA much, I just watched highlights. Seeing him, you know, kill people all the time. But then being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect, man. Like that was awful. Like me getting frustrated, it's not about the foul being called, it's about him complaining the entire game. And then you get the foul call, congratulations bro. And then you talk to me like you did something great, bro? Come on, dog. That's just weak. It kinda threw me off for a little while, cause you know, like I said, I had so much respect for him. Gone man, gone. I was telling him he sucks, he can't score on me. You talking and you can't score on me. I said it the whole game. I said a couple cuss words obviously, you know, that's why I got the technical and all that. But I was letting him know, because he was laughing and talking all this because of that one foul call. His only bucket on me was a banker from half court. Like I know that it's a team sport. You know, he had 28pts on us as a team. Me, I took my matchup personally. Tried not to get caught on the fouls. Tried my best. I was thinking about playing him with my hands behind my back to see if that worked, probably would've still got a foul call." Transcript via: reddit.com/r/nba/comments/1x…

Unfortunately Melo’s mindset towards the game limited who he was in my opinion. The lack of sacrifice even as a star. The non commitment to make others better. The lack of application defensively. The acceptance of regression as he aged and his role needing to change. It was just never there. One of the best watches ever but it’s a sad truth about his career.
Carmelo Anthony on why he didn’t want to be a role player later in his career: “I can’t take a Taj Gibson role and I respect somebody like Taj Gibson to the utmost. But for me to take that role, no, I’m not that’s not who I am. I can’t accept that. I don’t want to accept that role. And then I don’t have to accept that role, I’m not going to accept that role.” That’s definitely got to be hard for guys that have been a superstar their whole career to just get to the end and accept that and change how they play to be a role player.

People who can clap back the second someone disrespects them, WHERE THE FUCK DID YOU LEARN THAT SKILL? 😭 My brain needs three business days to come up with a response.

🚨BREAKING: A Texas father who beat a man to death after finding him raping his 5-year-old daughter was not charged. The father found Jesus Mora Flores sexually assaulting the little girl after a witness saw the man take her to a remote area. The father ran toward her screams, inflicted blows to the attacker’s head and neck, then called 911 saying the man was dying. A medical exam confirmed the girl had been sexually assaulted. A grand jury declined to indict the father, finding he was legally allowed to use deadly force to protect his child. Prosecutors announced he would face no charges.

The older I get though, the more i understand why we genuinely need people like that for a functioning society. We need people that make a big deal over rules and order. We need people that care a lot and make a big deal over "nothing".
I knew I could never work retail bc my coworkers at old navy would genuinely become 1 with the store. One night we got robbed and I came in and my team lead was like “oh I haven’t heard? We got robbed last night” and he was genuinely distraught. Like they all took it like a

GTA6 will be the last human created project that brings people together to be hyped for one thing. It feels like the grand closing chapter in gaming for a lot of us who have been at it since the PS1 days. It feels like a very "this it it, won't be anything post it" moment.
‘GTA 6’ could cost the U.S. economy $1 billion in lost productivity. An estimated 1.5 million workers could call out sick or take the day off to play the game when it drops on Nov. 19.

It literally took all of them 41ppg to beat Barkley’s sons. That series is a great watch. And neither side backed down from the challenge. Absolute cinema. I’ll always remember that Barkley played like a champion
The 1993 Phoenix Suns were not just Charles Barkley and a good supporting cast. They were the best regular-season team in basketball. Phoenix went 62–20, the best record in the NBA, with Barkley winning league MVP after averaging 25.6 points, 12.2 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game. And the roster was loaded. Kevin Johnson was one of the league’s most explosive point guards. Dan Majerle was an All-Star and one of the best two-way wings in basketball. Tom Chambers, Danny Ainge and Cedric Ceballos gave them even more scoring and experience. Their playoff run wasn’t easy, either. Phoenix survived a first-round scare against the Lakers after falling behind 0–2, then eliminated San Antonio and Seattle to reach the Finals. By the time they got there, they were battle-tested, talented and absolutely championship-caliber. Then they met Michael Jordan. Jordan averaged 41.0 points per game in the Finals, still the highest scoring average in NBA Finals history, as Chicago won the series in six. And even then, Phoenix pushed them. Game 6 came down to the final seconds before John Paxson’s championship-winning three. The 1993 Suns were not a weak Finals opponent. They had the NBA’s best record. They had the league MVP. They had depth, star power and playoff toughness. Michael Jordan just happened to produce one of the greatest Finals performances the sport has ever seen.

What is Aikman expecting from Buck? To only negotiate if they resign Aikman? That’s a lot to ask, man.
Troy Aikman accused Joe Buck of betraying him during a heated argument at SoFi Stadium, basically telling him, “You f*cked me over!” Sources in a new report say the confrontation came after Aikman learned his longtime partner had secretly finalized a six-year, $108 million extension with ESPN, while Aikman was still waiting for a new deal. Aikman reportedly felt blindsided that Buck, ESPN and their shared agency had kept the agreement from him for months. Aikman, who currently earns $18 million annually, was reportedly seeking a deal worth as much as $30 million per year. The report described Aikman as increasingly distant and frustrated in the weeks leading up to the argument, with Buck eventually confronting him. The situation escalated to the point where Buck apologized to Aikman and the entire Monday Night Football production team ahead of Monday's broadcast, but Aikman reportedly offered no response after Buck finished speaking. After 25 years together in the broadcast booth, their partnership could now be coming to an end, with Aikman's ESPN contract expiring after this season. #NFL #TroyAikman #JoeBuck #ESPN (Via Puck/NBC Sports)

Maybe BIG would’ve fallen off had he lived another 10 years. But I doubt it. There was hip hop before Ready to Die, and then there’s what came after. I think he would’ve dominated for at least another 2-3 albums
