To mark Scottish Apprenticeship Week I visited Fisher and Donaldson.
In the last 4 years, they have had 19 Modern Apprentices who have achieved their qualification and currently, there are 6 learners “live” on programme within the main bakery and its retail outlets. – at Cupar, Scotland
