It’s toasted.

I might be a minority here, but considering theres almost only posts about speculations about CHM letters on LieHub today, I have to wonder …

Beware of the cloaked longs.
How to assert?
You can hear them whine and forget everything when hitting a 0.01 cent drop.
They love that s***.

The FUD cockroaches got their teeth kicked in yesterday.
Today they’re like wild hurt animals, who just need to spout some rhetoric nonsense, while conveniently ignoring what we now know.
Keep the spirit. You just got handed the precious info from NWBO you asked for to keep your faith.
They held your hand. Guided you. Asked you to read between the lines.
Now take it and remember it.
No more dementia.
Leave the whining to the FUD drama queens.

No NOTHING has changed since yesterday.
As investors I believe we should feel pretty bloody confident now.
We’ve been handed info “between the lines”, that is very difficult to be pessimistic about.
Keep sharing info about Braelyn and DCVax-L going viral.

Thanks to NWBO for today’s PR about Joanna Stanson.
Studying this piece of info and the chronology of this hiring, it’s one - if not THE strongest - of positive bullish signals we’ve received in a long time, rendering all the intriguing CHM stuff a little less important.
Well, to me it does. It made me think of this moment in Mad Men, where Don Draper says:
“Do you know what happiness is? Happiness is the smell of a new car. It's freedom from fear. It's a billboard on the side of a road that screams with reassurance that whatever you're doing is OK. You are OK."

Joanna Stanson has great understanding about the important potential of DCVax technologies. She published papers about dendritic cells even 20 years ago. Here are just several publications by her for illustration.
Antigen-processing machinery in human dendritic cells: up-regulation by maturation and down-regulation by tumor cells
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1526…
Transfection of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells with native tumor DNA induces antigen-specific T-Cell responses in vitro.

Production of a Dendritic Cell-Based Vaccine Containing Inactivated Autologous Virus for Therapy of Patients with Chronic Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 Infection

Why Would She Leave Roswell Park for NWBO Now?
Stanson was Director of Dendritic Cell Operations at Roswell Park, one of America’s leading cancer research institutions. She had helped build its GMP manufacturing facility, worked with advanced cell therapies and established herself in a highly specialised field.
She had a career, credibility and a position at an established institution.
Then, on August 31, 2026, she announced her departure.
When asked about her next move, she replied that she was returning to biotechnology to work on a dendritic-cell-based vaccine.
On October 26, NWBO announced it had recruited a former Roswell Park Director of DC Operations to strengthen its US manufacturing and regulatory capabilities.
Now put yourself in her shoes.
NWBO was trading around $0.16. The company was struggling financially, repeatedly raising capital through dilution, and still awaiting an MHRA decision on DCVax-L after almost three years.
A rejection could severely damage its finances, its share price and its ability to pursue commercial manufacturing.
What would persuade an experienced professional to leave Roswell Park for that uncertainty?
A salary? She already had a career.
Stock options? At $0.16, with further dilution and potentially devastating consequences from rejection, their future value would depend heavily on the company’s success.
The excitement of building something? Certainly. But there needs to be something financially and operationally viable to build.
And most importantly, why take that risk before approval when she could simply wait?
Stanson is someone who understands dendritic-cell manufacturing from the inside. She has worked in the same scientific environment as Pawel Kalinski, whose next-generation dendritic-cell technology NWBO licensed from Roswell Park and the University of Pittsburgh in 2024.
She and Kalinski even appear together on a 2025 scientific abstract involving dendritic-cell immunotherapy.
This is someone exceptionally well placed to understand what NWBO has acquired, what it takes to manufacture these treatments and whether its plans are technically credible.
I find it entirely plausible that, during recruitment, she was given detailed confidential briefings under appropriate agreements about NWBO’s manufacturing progress, financial plans and future operations.
Perhaps she also learned about the NHSBT collaboration before it became public.
August 27–28: CHM discusses unresolved concerns concerning an unidentified glioblastoma treatment.
August 31: Stanson announces her departure from Roswell Park.
October 8: NHS Blood and Transplant publicly announces its DCVax-L manufacturing collaboration, including Leeds and Oxford, with expansion being explored.
October 26: NWBO announces its US manufacturing restart plans and specialist recruitment.
My belief is that Stanson must have seen something sufficiently convincing to justify a major career decision.
I suspect she had far greater confidence in NWBO’s prospects than the share price suggested. And given how much DCVax-L approval matters to the company’s financial future, I believe that confidence likely extended to its regulatory prospects.
Of course, we don’t know what she was told, and an employment decision cannot reveal MHRA’s confidential conclusions. Recruitment discussions may also have started before the August CHM meeting.
But that doesn’t diminish the central question about her incentives.
She could have remained at Roswell Park and waited for the regulatory uncertainty to clear. Instead, she apparently chose to become part of NWBO’s next chapter before the decision.
And now we see NHSBT expanding its involvement, NWBO preparing additional US manufacturing capacity and a specialist with direct connections to its licensed dendritic-cell research joining the company.
To me, this looks like a professional making an informed decision about where she believes the future lies.

If you have the means, please support with what you can, or reshare.
Glioblastoma patients have had almost no alternatives the last 30 years.
It’s time to end this cycle and create hope.
My "someone" is my daughter. She is the mother of 2 boys, 1 yr and 3yrs old. The logistics and finances it would take to get her to the UK are nearly insurmountable. Please. I don't want to lose my precious daughter when she should have access to DCVax through Right to Try right here in the US.

🚨🇺🇸 BRAELYN’S STORY JUST MADE FOX BUSINESS! 🇺🇸🚨
What an incredible moment for our family!
Today on Varney & Co., Stuart Varney brought up Steve Moore’s recent Rasmussen Reports article about Braelyn and the barriers seriously ill Americans face in accessing promising experimental treatments!
Steve shared Braelyn’s story and called out the FDA, saying it’s CRUEL to withhold promising investigational treatments from desperately ill patients.
Varney agreed, arguing that patients facing terminal illnesses should have the freedom to accept the risks of experimental treatments without liability concerns preventing companies from providing them.
Then Steve asked a powerful question:
“Whatever happened to my body, my choice?”
He also pointed out that President Trump supports Right to Try, yet significant barriers remain between patients and the treatments they desperately need.
THIS is the conversation we’ve been fighting to bring into the national spotlight!
Our 19-year-old daughter is attending college, and her latest MRI shows no evidence of cancer recurrence. Yet we still have to travel to ENGLAND for her ongoing DCVax-L treatments—developed right here in AMERICA!
We are so incredibly grateful to Steve Moore and Stuart Varney for bringing attention to Braelyn’s story and, more importantly, to the countless patients who deserve a fighting chance.
Patients facing life-threatening illnesses shouldn’t have to fight their own government for the opportunity to fight for their lives.
PLEASE WATCH AND SHARE! ❤️🙏
