Don’t think we deserved to lose that. But they were two ridiculous goals to concede. And I guess if you concede ridiculous goals you’re making things really difficult for yourself. Hope for the best for Seriki. But it looked bad.

Supporters are reminded that, should a large number of fans leave the stadium early, some temporary road and car park closures may be implemented to ensure the safety of pedestrians. These closures will remain in place until it is deemed safe to reopen the affected roads and car parks.

That was so comfortable yet uncomfortable - which shouldn’t make sense. But it is Sheffield United. Brilliant for Peck. Well done blades.

Everyone kicking off because a Premier League player (his age is irrelevant) had a 3 game ban upheld for kicking out at someone after a tackle he didn’t like. The mind boggles.

That defeat to Fleetwood doesn’t look so bad now!

Would have taken 1-1 after 70 mins. But after the red card and introduction of Donovan I thought it was a matter of time till we got the winner. No idea how some of those stayed out. Drying out now.

Giant win. Fully deserved win. Could, should, have been more than 1-0. Loved how we ended up defending the lead so well for more than 90 mins with injury time. Did Bamford tell their lad “see you in the tunnel after” at the end too? 😛 Well done Blades.

In complete control. Only concern is it’s only 1-0 as they can’t be that bad second half. Thoughts and prayers with their number 7 after his horrific looking neck injury. Thankfully Oliver Langford isn’t there otherwise the ref might have believed him.

Incredibly harsh result that. Despite the worst possible start to the second half I thought we were magnificent. I don’t know if it’s really a thing for football clubs to request certain referees not to get their games - but if it is we have got to demand that of Langford.

Let’s be right - if that second yellow is a yellow we might as well have 22 yellows a game. No idea where he’s supposed to go. Of course he doesn’t see the studs halfway up Bamford’s legs earlier. After Charlton last season, who’s surprised.

Oliver Langford. Again.

The current owners have got plenty wrong - and many question marks rightly remain. But for the previous ones to attempt to paint a picture that all was rosey in their time is becoming dull and boring.

Good luck to Wakefield tonight. Don’t pretend to be anything other than fair weather fan. But I know people who follow them like I do Sheffield United. Luckily for them Trinity are not Sheffield United so in a big game, who knows! Hope they give them a proper good night!

Two goal of the season contenders in the space of about 5 seconds against us is typical Sheffield United. Second looked well offside from the camera angle used - altho can’t see where our right back was standing. I assume we had a right back somewhere. But then again…

Thought the teams squaring up to each other would be the moment we would look back on. All in it. Together. United. Spurred them on more tho. Although the referee - who gave yellow and free kicks like they were going out of fashion - forgot to give any in our favour after it

If it’s even possible for back to back 1-0 defeats to be described as chalk and cheese then we have just experienced them. Fleetwood deserved it.

If we criticise Rosen for not engaging meaningfully, we should applaud him when he appears to do so. Meeting the FAB is, in fairness, different to a podcast with his mate. But it feels - at present - the discussions are shrouded in secrecy. There may well be a reason, but...

Just watched back the “foul” by Sam McCallum just before half time and laughed.

No issue with us losing to them. But call me biased, I don’t think we deserved to lose that. Contained them. Gave it a go in the 2nd half. Should have scored when on top. Didn’t. Punished.

It’s a huge win in the context of the week so far. Cooper outstanding. We should all be delighted Cannon has scored again. Altho no doubt certain people on here will still find something sarcastic to say about him. Never had that fear we would concede in the 2nd half.

One win doesn’t mean we are going up. One loss doesn’t mean we are going down. We, as fans. have to try and separate all the different off the field agendas (& there are so many) and enjoy the wins when they come. Tonight won’t be our last W. Saturday won’t be our last L.
