You know this kid at the party who isn't winning pass the parcel and sucks at musical chairs, so deliberately sabotages all the games for everyone else? I think he might be prime minister.

If US Supreme Court overturning #RoeVWade was about babies, there would be: Universal healthcare Free birth control Free education Free daycare Child support Criminalisation of all rape & child marriage As with all abuse of women, this is purely about male power and control

Things I have just removed from the 4 year old's bed today: 2 coathangers, a torch lantern and a bowler hat full of cars.

No orange juice for a customer. Me: "A shame not to be able to sell it, but hey: shortages." Her: "Well it won't hurt us to get by with less for a while. We've been spoilt for choice. Time to take what you can get." She proceeds not to buy apple juice. #BrexitFoodShortages

You don’t get to stoke the fire at the beginning of the tournament by labelling our anti-racism message as ‘Gesture Politics’ & then pretend to be disgusted when the very thing we’re campaigning against, happens.
I am disgusted that @England players who have given so much for our country this summer have been subject to vile racist abuse on social media. It has no place in our country and I back the police to hold those responsible accountable.

For future reference, according to Some Guy On The Internet I'm "snotty, abrasive and unwelcoming". So now you know.

Retweet if you think speaker of the House of Commons Lindsay Hoyle is seriously damaging our democracy by persistently allowing Boris Johnson and his ministers to lie on matters of fact and evidence and get away with it

The Mash Report, a comedy program critical of the government has been axed by the state broadcaster, reportedly for political reasons, and at the behest of a director general appointed by the government. Finally, a stone cold example of what 'cancel culture' looks like.

Boris Johnson tells #PMQs that Government is ‘prioritising testing for #COVID19 for NHS staff’ – this claim is not reflected in the experiences of our members at the frontline of the health service and is something we are pushing to be resolved as a matter of urgency

The British public have very basic expectations of their incoming Prime Minister. Bare minimum is to call out racism when they see it and stop fawning over those who perpetrate it. @BorisJohnson and @Jeremy_Hunt : call Trump’s comments what they are: racist.
