ALT Be proud of everything you’ve achieved Think back on your adventures and the friendships you’ve made Reflect on the tough times as well as the good Look forward to the great adventures yet to come Say thank you to those who’ve supported you along the way Never be afraid to ask for help – it’s the bravest thing we can do Inspire others in the same way those who inspired you Never forget your promise to do your best and help other people Shine bright – you are the best of the best Signed Bear Grylls OBE, Chief Scout
