Officially, $POD is my best research ever.
$POD - is the @dphnAI's and @AskVenice's bet on Uncensored AI models. I don't know why no one is talking about it. - The General Info Dolphin is an AI Lab, which developing uncensored models & distributed inference. They are already built the most powerfull Uncensored AI Model Yet - Dolphin Mistral 24B Venice Edition. Dolphin Mistral 24B Venice Edition is available as “Venice Uncensored” in the model dropdown and is the new default on the Venice platform. The model is leading by the Censorship Refusal Rate, with only 2.2% of refusals. For example, Grok has 26.67%, Claude Sonnet 3.7: 71.11%, GPT-4o-mini: 64.44%. - @AskVenice & @opentensor & @TargonCompute To develop the model Dolphin brought together Venice and Subnet 4 @TargonCompute for compute power, the model was trained on the subnet. Venice played a role as co-fine-tuning partner, platform integrator, and release coordinator. Finally, we see a development of real unique model fully via DeAI. CryptoAI narrative fits the best here. - Founder and @a16z grant Dolphin, founded by Eric Hartford (@QuixiAI). He started working on Uncensored models since 2023 and launched his first model "dolphin-llama2-7b" in 2023. It was at that very time that he received backing from a16z and @pmarca to develop Uncensored LLMs. a16z supported 8 open-source developers, and Eric Hartford was one of them, alongside @NousResearch and other top devs. - Onchain Research Total Supply: 500M POD Real Circulating: ~39.6M POD (7.9%) Team controls: 444M POD (88.8%) Market Cap: ~$1.46M | FDV: ~$18.4M Team controls most of the supply on Team's Multisig wallet and Treasury wallet. The real circulated supply is too low and easy to pump. If you look at the @nansen_ai list of holders for this token, you’ll see >20 holders who each hold >10k worth of $POD. A dozen whales with >$100K balances. There are 5 wallets with >$1M holding $VVV alongside high-conviction plays like $AERO and $DAI. These aren't low-cap gamblers, they only move on assets with clear rationale. I’m even see one smart holder who got 20x on an under-radar $DONUT ponzi play in December. - Liquidity Pool (2.5M -> 800K) At its peak, the pool had $2.5M in liquidity - deep enough for smart whales and insiders to load up without moving the needle too much. On April 27, volume hit $1M with zero CT mentions - the price only rose 79%, allowing major players to enter unnoticed. Then the shift: on May 2, the team pulled liquidity down to $800K. Now, you have a concentrated group of high-balance conviction holders sitting on a token that's primed for a vertical move. With a lightened pool and a solid thesis. - My view This token is probably the best bet after $VVV on Decentralized AI with real use case. With @AskVenice backing it can go to hunderd of millions in FDV. Models developed by Dolphin has over 4m monthly downloads on Hugging Face. Add to that the following planned updates: - Launch of the Inference API; - Launch of subscriptions with different tiers of access to the services provided on the network. 100% of revenue will buy and burn $POD. When earnings < node rewards, emissions are there to cover the difference. When earnings > node rewards, the protocol is profitable & excess rewards will be distributed to $POD stakers to grow their relative share of the network. Real Product Usage + Backing by Venice + Founder which got grant by a16z + big buys with zero mentions on CT + Revenue model which focused on token growth + Zero Hype yet. More info, proofs and screens you can see in the comments to the tweet. This is the second very detailed research after $ZOE, gonna write up more and more when interesting projects occur.

. @cryptomanran started shilling his bags? or just impressed by the tech? i think both
robinhood:0xdc45b71d7203c2e8baafc43a19bca0eb993bb54e pumped over 100% for the last 2 days. The reasons are clear: - base:0xacfe6019ed1a7dc6f7b508c02d1b04ec88cc21bf, base:0xc52aedec3374422d7510e294cfaa90799595cba3, base:0x23a2847d772803f9efc64b4277b782b06296fe51 and robinhood:0xaa07a0e9209e16ac99708c3ec70159c6ef3128a3 on Robinhood started moving as main Inference AI tokens of the narrative; - @darkwoodslabs has a real revenue from their product, which makes the project stand out from other larps on rh; - Darkwoods platform foused on privacy, which combines two narratives at once: Privacy and Inference AI. As far as I’m concerned, Darkwoods and Orbio are the only projects currently worth paying attention to, because they’re actually building a product rather than just focusing on the Robinhood trenches. Darkwoods reminds me of @usedotai: - an anonymous team; - private inference; - generating revenue. What I’m also missing is the ability to track token usage via their platform.

I usually write about projects, not make things for them. Made an exception for the @darkwoodslabs Screamfest. I used Director Mode to create this video, and I can say that, as I understand it, it's still in the early stages and needs some improvements, but for a start, the functionality is pretty straightforward. And I'd like to remind you once again that robinhood:0xdc45b71d7203c2e8baafc43a19bca0eb993bb54e is the only real Private Inference AI product that generates revenue (>$50k). Still at $2.2M market cap...
DARKWOODS SCREAMFEST $10,000 IN PRIZES One prompt. Unlimited nightmares. Create an original horror video using Darkwoods Director Mode. Make it terrifying, cinematic, and unforgettable. Publish it, enter the leaderboard, and compete for your share of $10,000.

nest-2:native started moving, from $4.6M market cap to $6M. And that's only because hyperliquid:native pumped over 10% in two days, imagine what happens when hyperliquid:native breaks 100$ again and going to ATH. nest-2:native is like 10x long on @HyperliquidX eco and hyperliquid:native.
Currently choosing the strongest tokens on such ugly market. And right now, I see only four tokens worth taking a closer look at, since the risk-reward ratios are great here. > solana:CREDBHvVqREBCAxMihzr8D1nepHMr2gmQoZWpmgGmeta ($8.9M) - ownership token of @crediblefin launched on MetaDAO. Has a fully operational business that generates hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue each month. Link to the data and my overall thesis is in the comments. The launch of buybacks from revenue is expected to be the main catalyst for the token. But this could be launched in a slightly different form, since the team has been actively discussing rewarding token stakers with revenue. > nest-2:native ($4.6M) - MetaDEX on HyperEVM with $3.6M in cumulative revenue and $700k in revenue for the last 30 days. And the most interesting part that 100% of swap fees directed to NEST staker, that's why 90% of total supply is currently locked. Link to the data and my overall thesis is in the comments. The entire business model is built around the token. 10x from here or I'm going to school again, because if it doesn't happen my logic would be broken. > robinhood:0xedbf91223639800bcd5756815caf908df3b890be ($8.6M) - Over the past couple of weeks, the token has tripled in value, yet without significant trading volume (<$100k in daily volume), it hasn't garnered much attention yet. Which, in turn, proves one simple truth - we’re still very early in the Agentic AI narrative/trade. My thesis on @priors_trade and the Agentic AI narrative is set to be released tomorrow. Overall, Priors has built a fairly robust infrastructure for agents to actively use on-chain finance. It’s early, but promising. > robinhood:0xdc45b71d7203c2e8baafc43a19bca0eb993bb54e ($3.5M) - to me, @darkwoodslabs looks like the strongest Inference AI platform on Robinhood. They focus more on adoption to web2 users than just hype. >$50K in revenue from selling credits since the launch, 20% from revenue is going to be used for buybacks and staking. Link to my overall thesis is in the comments. But I'd also like to see tracking data on token usage and revenue to get clear confirmation. Inference AI is a very strong narrative, and at Robinhood it was played up solely for attention - it's time for utility. @priors_trade and @darkwoodslabs are bets on potentiall of Robinhood Utility szn, while @crediblefin and @NestExchange are bets on fully robust business models with strong revenue and buyback rates.

Tokens as part of business = Tokens as attention engines for products. I really hope the market is starting to evolve a bit and that we’re approaching a phase where projects are viewed from a business perspective (and that’s fucking awesome). One of the most striking examples from the on-chain space is $VVV and the @AskVenice platform, and the best part isn’t that they’re making money, but that they’ve started a trend with very clear motivations. Following Venice and $VVV, several similar Inference AI platforms were launched: - $SURPLUS by @AskSurplus: $22M market cap ATH - $DOT by @usedotai: $17M ATH - $POD by @dphnAI: $75M ATH All of these projects generate revenue, but what’s most interesting is the role that tokens play in each project: the “attention engine” $SURPLUS and $DOT are tokens that were launched via a fair launch, and in both cases, the initial trading fees helped fund the project’s development, which in turn gave the devs time to build a truly high-quality product capable of generating revenue. Ultimately, tokens serve first as a growth mechanism and later as a marketing tool; after all, the best advertising for a crypto audience is a “pump", a “pump”, and yet another “pump”. And since these platforms are currently being actively promoted on X, even the recent Surplus pump has almost certainly caught the attention of AI developers, some of whom have become interested in the product itself. When it comes to $POD, it’s a completely different story - the entire business model is built around the token, where 100% of the revenue generated through the founder’s uncensored model goes toward token buybacks. And in this case, the more the token pumps, the more attention the project itself will receive. That’s exactly why I’m bullish on $CRED and $NEST, because in the case of @crediblefin: - larger market cap = greater trust from high-risk businesses = greater integration of their payment stack = more revenue. In the case of @NestExchange: - Larger market cap = larger hype = more users on the MetaDEX on HyperEVM = more revenue.
That's the difference in tokens from revenue-generating projects and narrative tokens. solana:CREDBHvVqREBCAxMihzr8D1nepHMr2gmQoZWpmgGmeta and nest-2:native are holding strong even while the whole market is bleeding, while robinhood:0xdc45b71d7203c2e8baafc43a19bca0eb993bb54e and robinhood:0xedbf91223639800bcd5756815caf908df3b890be are dumping because they are closely tied to the local narratives. Why I'm bullish on robinhood:0xedbf91223639800bcd5756815caf908df3b890be: ->TL;DR: The product’s uniqueness and novelty drove the token’s market cap to $13M market cap; following the frenzy of attention, a correction occurred. During this correction, the product continues to evolve and remains in demand among AI agents, while the token is in accumulation phase on low trading volume. When attention is back and market conditions are great the token is going much higher. <- -------- Recently I mentioned robinhood:0xdc45b71d7203c2e8baafc43a19bca0eb993bb54e and robinhood:0xedbf91223639800bcd5756815caf908df3b890be like one of my top 4 conviction plays, even considering that they were quite volatile due to market conditions, this does not change my overall thesiss: - credit layer fo ai agents, it took me 30 minutes of analysis to understand its importance, but in short: “The credit layer is an important level for newly created AI agents, or those without personal capital.”; - given its novelty, complexity, and uniqueness, the @priors_trade product appears to be an experiment worth paying attention to; - 302 agents already borrowed more than $385k and succesfully repaid to the Priors's vault, about 53k loans already written. Onchain data: - from the very beginning, the token attracted everyone’s attention due to the novelty of the product, thereby surging to a $13M market cap while trading on high volumes (>$300k daily); - after the first correction, growth continued on significantly lower volumes (<$150k daily); - the recent correction starting October 21, driven by the general market downturn, caused the token’s market cap to drop to $5.5M with >$100k in daily volume; - growth is now occurring on even lower trading volumes ($30k): - at the same time, the top 100 holders are only increasing their holdings, according to @nansen_ai (57% → 70%).

Watching closely to tensorcash:native by @Tensorcash. I saw quite a bit of hype on my timeline about this project, since it’s a new Layer 1 for AI inference. It has a fairly large number of use cases. But I haven’t really looked into it in depth yet. The idea is generally very interesting, since “Layer 1 for AI Inference” is a very compelling thesis.

Spent about 4 hours on this, and it is the first time in a long while I have touched AI video. The subject: $NOGAS from @Nogasonsui, the first token launching on @blastdotfun. Sui trenches have been dead for months. A new launchpad opening with 69% of supply circulating and a $25K hard cap is exactly the kind of thing that changes that. Every shot is built around the numbers I posted before. 44% real float, $2300 initial buy at cap, first meme on a new venue. So I made a video instead of another thread.
My thoughts on the $NOGAS launch on @SuiNetwork. Let's start with @Nogasonsui: - 60 GTD Whitelists will buy $25 of $NOGAS at $25K Hard Cap at launch, which makes total initial buy amount $1500, which is actually quite a small amount (and that's good); - KOL round accounts for $5000 of the total presale hardcap; - Public Round, 9999 Blast Card holders are going to buy $18500 in total; - Total Raise: $25K; - @saksidasaksi is dev, which already launched meme token on Sui - $SUICATS, which peaked at ~$682K; - Echoes is going to distribute 100% LP fees to holders + hinted at potential utility: "After TGE, we’ll know exactly who the paper hands are, and their chances of getting into future @blastdotfun projects won’t be looking too good:)" - Circulated Supply at launch: 69%, where only 44% are tradeable, because 25% of Supply are going to be locked in the LP + $18.75K from the raised money; - SUI trenches are currently in a deplorable state, but perhaps $NOGAS will change that...

The second side of bagworking That’s why I’m going to add what can go wrong with my conviction on tokens which I decribed before
I've noted this that publishing a thesis on CT creates a second position: The financial one and the reputational one, where the first costs money to exit and the second costs consistency in front of an audience. That can quietly turn a trade into a commitment to defend an old explanation. Which is why the solution I think is right is we publish the condition that would change our mind alongside the view (not invent it after price moves against me) cuz then reducing exposure becomes evidence of following the thesis, rather than betraying it. For anyone following my ideas, the useful thing will be always whether you can identify what evidence would make tomorrow’s position smaller before I tell you I’ve changed it. Cheers.

But this could be launched in a slightly different form, since the team has been actively discussing rewarding token stakers with revenue. > nest-2:native ($4.6M) - MetaDEX on HyperEVM with $3.6M in cumulative revenue and $700k in revenue for the last 30 days. solana:CREDBHvVqREBCAxMihzr8D1nepHMr2gmQoZWpmgGmeta and nest-2:native research xitter.gq/FoFan_eth/status/21104…
Identifying strong projects that generate revenue regardless of volume is the best way to find solid mid-cap fundamentals right now. That’s exactly what I’m actively doing right now. And here’s my current list: nest-2:native by @NestExchange ($25M FDV) - MetaDEX on HyperEVM that functions as a liquidity and yield layer for Hyperliquid. - generated $670k revenue for the last 30 days, $3.6m in cumulative revenue; - 100% of swap fees directed to veNEST holders (stakers); - 90% of token supply is currently locked by stakers, so the real market cap is only $2.8M; - the whole business model is building to reward the token holders; - more than $3.5B in cumulative DEX volume for all time; - hyperliquid:native narrative; -> $28M FDV / $2.8M solana:CREDBHvVqREBCAxMihzr8D1nepHMr2gmQoZWpmgGmeta by @crediblefin - open payments stack designed specifically for internet-native and higher-risk businesses. - almost $1.5B in total payment volume to date; - volume up 4x since December, growing 29% month over month; - September closed near $200M in monthly volume; - roughly $400K in revenue for September, about $4.6M annualised; - no buybacks yet, earnings are being routed into the treasury, part of it into @solomon_labs yield product, and how that reaches holders is left to @MetaDAOProject governance to decide; -> $15M FDV / $8.5M Right now, these are the two projects that interest me the most and that I'm actively following.

My thesis on @darkwoodslabs and robinhood:0xdc45b71d7203c2e8baafc43a19bca0eb993bb54e xitter.gq/FoFan_eth/status/21129…
robinhood:0xdc45b71d7203c2e8baafc43a19bca0eb993bb54e pumped over 100% for the last 2 days.
