The obvious nightmare scenario for Jonathan Taylor is that the Colts trade Quenton Nelson but then don't trade Taylor so he's now still on a bad team with a worse line

The Colts continue to make moves, sending DT DeForest Buckner back to the San Francisco 49ers, sources tell @TheAthletic. It's a 2027 fourth rounder heading to Indy in exchange for Buckner, San Francisco's 2016 first-round pick.

Colts RB Jonathan Taylor would net Indy the biggest return, which NFL folks believe would be a 2-plus. But Taylor would be the hardest for the team to part with.

Ollie Gordon is why you dump the FAAB for any RB with a chance at being the “clear starter” rest of season.
Since De’Von Achane has gone down – Gordon has outscored:
- Ashton Jeanty
- Derrick Henry
- D’Andre Swift
- Bucky Irving
- Bhayshul Tuten
- Quinshon Judkins
- Chase Brown
RB12 in PPG (16.2) since WK3.

Massive win for Seattle
I cannot believe how cheap they got Quenton Nelson, I understand why the Colts want to sell but for only a late day 2 and day 3 pick?
Just brutal value for Indianapolis, truly awful
Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency.
But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.

Good for Q but damn there ain’t nothing to hang your hat on as a colts fan right now.
