Celtic have now gone an eye watering 144 domestic games in all competitions without a single on-field red card dating back to September 2023. There is an inherent fear or bias that whenever a contentious incident occurs with Celtic they will always give a yellow.

Hertz approach to the start of the 2nd half was to treat it like a derby - blood, thunder, passion, pressure. Overwhelmed Rangers. RFC have come into it since but have to over-commit a little & few signs yet of an equaliser or even a few decent efforts on goal.

Todays jaunt took me to the citadel in Besançon. Lovely place with 3 museums and a small zoo in it's grounds. The most interesting of the museums is one to the French resistance and the deportation of the Jewish population of the area.
