We have reports of connectivity issues from users on Videotron in Quebec, north of Montreal. Pleas contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) if you are having issues. (1/2)

Fongo Mobile is experiencing a technical outage. We are working on the issue and estimate the downtime to be less than an hour. We will update you when service to the app has been restored.

- Resolved - A network provider had network issues for approximately 20 minutes. During this time, Voice service for certain Fongo accounts were down. They have fixed the issue, and all services are working as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Server Maintenance (Fongo Mobile) May 3, 2023, 01:45 UTC Scheduled - We will perform some maintenance on a couple of servers. During this time the SMS and MMS features might not work properly. No action is require from users. status.fongo.com

We are estimating a return to full service by Monday morning, but most users should see basic service (calling and texting) back in the next 12 hrs. (2/3)

Fongo Mobile services are beginning to come back online. Our teams continue to work hard in getting everyone connected soon as possible, including Fongo Works systems and web dashboards, billing portals and even our main website. (1/3)
