After the parade we hosted the @FoothillHSBand at the Governor’s Mansion for lunch and the Capitol for tours. Thank you for making the trip, @FoothillHSBand. And thank you to the teams at the Governor’s Mansion and @NVMuseums for helping making today possible! #NevadaDay

I had a blast joining my old school and marching with the @FoothillHSBand during the Nevada Day Parade! Foothill is the first Southern Nevada band to march in the parade, and I was honored as their former principal to be part of it. #HomeMeansNevada

Thank you for the warm welcome home @Foothill_HS! I was honored to be your principal, and I was humbled to return tonight to help see you off from graduation to the next step in your lives. Congratulations Falcons — you did it!

As the school year comes to an end and our students prepare to graduate, let us all offer our congratulations for a major step in their lives. There’s nothing that opens up doors in life more than a quality education, and I’m proud of all of Nevada’s graduates. You did it! 🎓
