Our Support Group had a great respite visit recently to the sensory garden at #Momoscoffeeshop. Nice for everyone to meet up for a tea and a chat. When you spend so much time caring for others it’s easy to neglect yourself, self-care isn’t selfish. ☕️🍰👍
