Hear me out: Municipal water systems get taken off the internet and are just run they way they did in the 90's. It literally worked just fine, and it was not possible for someone across the world to hack into and mess with the water supply. Crazy idea, I know.

He is still there, arrested and being denied medical care.
Jasper and I were also beaten. Jasper was then pepper-sprayed and arrested.

Yes, Israeli firm Magna BSP installed a perimeter security system (cameras and sensors against intrusion/theft of radioactive material) at Fukushima Daiichi about a year before the 2011 disaster. Confirmed by the company's CEO in contemporaneous Haaretz and Jerusalem Post reports. Japanese staff operated it; the system had no connection to the earthquake/tsunami failure of cooling systems.
