After Life doesn't preach or lecture us, it's a show that just wants the best for us. To fall in love, to be kind, and to find hope (and maybe home a dog or three πΆ).
βAll we've got is each other.β
I know that the moment of recognition is coming, but it always floors me.
Just beautiful television.
After Life π
It always moves me how a show about a man losing the love of his life can be so hopeful and life-affirming.
Maybe it's the beauty of kindness and the unconditional love of people and dogs.
Every episode is a journey towards hope.
It would be wonderful to see a few After Life billboards around. #Hope
This show is a masterpiece.
From the writing and directing, to the music and performances.

The more convincing Ai becomes, the more I need reality.

Listening to vinyl. πΌ
Sharing those meaningful moments.
Human contact isn't a habit, it's a human instinct.
We might feel alone in a crowded room or when life gets tough - and a hug can fix that.
Kindness, love, and hope are all bound up with human contact.
Embrace it.
During hard times it can be difficult to let our softness show. But it's always there, waiting to be seen.

Something that comes across beautifully is that those around Tony never gave up on him - from Brandy to Anne, and everyone in between.
βWe're not just here for us. We're here for others.β
