Just experienced this the other day. I got a message I was pretty irritated about, but instead of firing off my initial thoughts, I decided to let it simmer and cook. Then I landed on talking to this person about the message next time I see them. Can't imagine the disaster if I'd sent the first thing that came to mind. It’s okay to sit on a message until your mind is in the right place before responding.
Before you send an angry message, write it. Read it once. Then wait. Some words take seconds to type and years to regret.

If this came out in the 90s, it would’ve been one of those straight to VHS movies like Aladdin 2.
The live-action Moana is officially coming to Disney+ on October 21 after a disastrous box office run. bit.ly/3TZheCK

I’m sure many parents relate to this: It’s funny when you decide on your kid's name (maybe unique but not too rare), and all of a sudden every kid has that exact same name after they’re born. BUT in all the months leading up to it, you'd barely heard the name.

I feel like I'm reaching the stage where watching sports on TV is the lowest thing on my priority list. NBA opening night came and went over the last couple of days, and I didn't even think to watch my Suns or catch the highlights. Not knocking it at all, just speaking on my reality. I used to clear my entire schedule to watch sports, even regular season games. Now they're an afterthought. Crazy to see the shift happen in real time, but here we are.

Lack of sleep is such a determinant to your recovery ability. I feel like I’m living this in real time.

Yes, it is. In fact, I've been doing it during my bulk season. - Start lean enough that your abs are already visible. - Train your abs 2x per week so they're more prominent and hold up as you gain. - Bulk slowly, around 0.7-0.9 lbs per week. You'll likely gain some fat, but slowly enough that they stay visible to a point. First picture: 189.6 lbs Second picture: 205.2 lbs
Is it possible to still maintain abs and put on weight??? If so, how? 🤔

Was sippin' on my tea last night and the bag came with a message: "From a small seed a mighty trunk may grow." - Aeschylus A great reminder that big results start as something small enough to overlook. Choose to plant the seed today and water it daily.

And I’ll add: I do not recommend getting your teeth worked on while congested. Mouth numb and full of tools, nose completely blocked. 0/10 experience.

I just left the dentist. Had to get two fillings redone, the third time for these. Originally in ‘09, then ‘17 and now in ‘26. I got the cavities as a teen, and fillings wear down over time, so I'm still paying for it as an adult. Making sure my kids don't repeat my costly mistake on this one.
