The end of an era - After almost a century we said goodbye this morning to our great companion of the airwaves Radio 4 198 LW. I shall miss her warmth and crackle. Here’s the final sign off at the end of #theshippingforecast before she fell silent… ❤️

Pope Leo XIV to the Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Holy See:
“It is painful to see how, especially in the West, the space for genuine freedom of expression is rapidly shrinking. At the same time, a new Orwellian-style language is developing which, in an attempt to be increasingly inclusive, ends up excluding those who do not conform to the ideologies that are fueling it.”

A privilege to be able to represent @DyfedPowys to @SJACymru as the Order acknowledges the hard work of its members and blesses a new ambulance for public use. Those newly invested were told “Remember the Cross you will receive is the sign of man’s redemption; that its arms symbolise the four cardinal virtues: Prudence, Temperance, Justice and Fortitude; and its points stand for the eight Beatitude, which spring from the practice of those virtues.”
Llongyfarchiadau - Congratulations to our newest Police Constables as they Pass Out to serve our communities 😊 🏴
