It's really not ok! Risky financially surely as well?!

While Resources Minister Madeleine King tries to force Santos' Narrabri Gas Project onto farmers and Gomeroi Traditional Owners, big insurers (who presumably understand risk) won't cover landholders for any damage caused by gas infrastructure.
The world’s largest insurance company, @Allianz , has ruled out covering Australian property owners for any damage caused by coal seam gas infrastructure, activities, or transport.

The disconnect is alarming. People are dying, the forward projections for temperatures in WA are terrifying. Why is this not being reported!

Huge turnout at the Save Our EPA rally in Perth today, despite the heat. The Cook Government's assault on the EPA must be stopped. Without the scrutiny of WA’s environmental watchdog, gas companies will wreak havoc on the state's unique environment.

Great turnout at the Save the EPA rally! State gov plans could see the Environmental Protection Authority seriously undermined. Only industry were consulted - not enviro groups. Don’t listen to @WoodsideEnergy Premier: our environment & climate need more protection not less!

The @RogerCookMLA Government wants to shred the EPA's independence, making it easier for fossil fuel companies to trash WA's unique environment. We'll be fighting these terrible planned reforms every step of the way.
