This is still one of the best things I've ever gotten through FOIA. Full associated story here: warisboring.com/untangling-t…
This occurred in 2019 twz.com/30089/houthi-rebels-… xitter.cf/BabakTaghvaee1/status/…
Watch how incapable and incompetent the Saudi land forces in Yemen are. Footage released by the Houthi terrorists purportedly shows how just five of their fighters—only five—routed and destroyed an entire Royal Saudi Army brigade composed of Yemeni mercenaries under the command of several Saudi officers, destroying their armoured personnel carriers in Najran.
Note: The humiliated Saudis will comment below this post as usual claiming this is not true and they have no troops in Yemen and these Houthis are fighting ghosts!

X-BAT represents a new era of airpower.
"What it does is it basically brings the capability of something like an F-35 or a comparable fifth-gen [fighter], puts it in a vertical takeoff and landing package, and then delivers it at a tenth of the cost, life-cycle[-wise] of a fifth-gen. So, breaking the cost curve. It enables us to counter China’s fifth and sixth-gen aircraft with something that comes at a fraction of the price."
AND YES, we know it is going to be hard AND there are going to be haters and detractors. Whenever you do something truly disruptive, the wolves come after you.
"The team that we’ve assembled over the last year and a half at Shield AI is really made up of a lot of the best folks from around the aerospace industry that have been the key leaders and engineers on the most game-changing things that have been developed and fielded, both unclassified and classified, over the last 10 years. So it really is a truly world-class team. Very excited and humbled to be around them every day. And it is hard to do this, no doubt about it. We’ve just brought in the folks who are experts in doing it, to build the team."
@RocketArmor, the visionary mind behind X-BAT, sat down with @Aviation_Intel and @FranticGoat to share an inside look at the groundbreaking technology, mission, and larger industry trends driving X-BAT, our new multirole strike jet. Read the article to discover how X-BAT is set to redefine the future of warfare.

We have now stacked non-standard designations here - EA-37B (out of sequence, broken from C-37) on top of A-37 (out of sequence, broken from T-37) xitter.cf/heatloss1986/status/18…
Power to the apparently ever-shrinking number of people in the US military still requesting designations in any kind of sequence.
As an addendum, the US Army has now confirmed to me that the "75" in the new out-of-sequence MV-75 designation is a reference to the service's birthday. twz.com/air/mv-75-official-d…

Rob Manfred says there is “buzz” around adding a "Golden At-Bat" rule to Major League Baseball, per @jaysonst.
This rule would allow a team to choose one at-bat in every game to use their best hitter regardless of where they're at in the lineup.
*taps the sign* xitter.cf/FranticGoat/status/101…
Yeah, baseball's real problem is a lack of a very narrow definition of "action" not surging ticket prices and the cost of concessions combined with stagnant wages and a major economic slowdown starting in 2008 wapo.st/2lNQ51Q?tid=ss_tw&ut…

Also in interesting find ... According to some rumours, the PLANS-18 Fujian will conduct her 5th sea trial soon, maybe even actually launching aircraft for the first time.
Also nice, the patches of the first four trials.

No, WSJ was NOT the first to report on the Langley drone incursions. They never acknowledged where the story came from & lifted it months later.
