In 2018, after my second suicide attempt, I experienced a profound NDE/OBE and divine intervention that saved me from death, prison, and the path I was headed down.
That moment changed everything.
It set me on a path of deep healing and remembrance, working with healers, shamans, and holistic doctors around the world. Since then, I’ve gone deep into frequency, light, and sound technologies, as well as sacred plant medicines including Ayahuasca, Bufo, Ibogaine, mushrooms, San Pedro, DMT-Changa (my own special blend that lasts 45min - 2hrs like smokable ayahuasca), sassafras, and more.
For the last 7 years, I’ve been helping people heal and remember who they are through one-on-one work and retreats around the world.
My work will soon be expanding to provide more as far as preparation, integration, and true transformation through application. I feel there is a huge gap in supporting people on a deep level outside of the medicine work. People are left without tools, coaching, and guidance for walking their paths with integrity and radical accountability.
The journey has been challenging, humbling, expansive, liberating, profound and beautiful. And I’m just getting started.
We are all divine sparks remembering our true essence and divine purpose. We are all walking each other home.
Please feel free to reach out if you feel called to this work for personal healing and spiritual growth and expansion.
Much love ! 🙏💚😇🫂🫡

Music can awaken emotions that thousands of words cannot express.
Why?
A painting depicts something visible.
A sculpture gives form to something physical.
Poetry expresses experiences through words.
But music is different.
A melody does not resemble a mountain, a tree, or a human face.
And yet a few notes can awaken overwhelming joy, sorrow, longing, or peace.
What is music expressing if it does not imitate the visible world?
Schopenhauer observed that while other arts represent appearances, music expresses something deeper: the inner essence of existence itself.
Dr Steiner took this insight further.
Music is not merely a human invention.
It is an echo of a spiritual reality.
During sleep, the soul enters spiritual realms hidden from waking consciousness.
Here existence is experienced not only through spiritual images, but also through harmonies and tones.
When we awaken, these experiences are forgotten.
Yet something of them remains within us.
When we hear beautiful music, the soul encounters an earthly reflection of what it once knew.
This is why music can evoke a longing for something we cannot name.
A nostalgia for a place we have never visited.
A sense that we are remembering rather than learning.
The greatest composers are not merely inventors of sound.
They become translators.
Something of a higher harmony shines through them and takes form in melody.
And the listener recognizes it.
Not with the intellect.
With the soul.
A philosophical idea must first be understood.
Music can move us before we have understood anything at all.
But this influence can work in 2 directions.
Music can harmonize and elevate our inner life, but it can also intensify restless feelings and desires.
Musical experience reaches into the astral and etheric dimensions of our existence.
What we repeatedly listen to influences not only how we feel, but also the qualities we cultivate within ourselves.
Music does not merely entertain the human being.
It allows something of the spiritual world to become perceptible within earthly life.
This is why the most beautiful music feels strangely familiar.
As though, for a brief moment, we hear an echo of a forgotten home.
Have you ever listened to a piece of music and felt homesick for a place you've never been?

The greatest obstacle to spiritual knowledge is the way we use our consciousness.
Every night, you fall asleep.
Your thoughts 'disappear'.
You enter a state you cannot consciously explain.
Then you awaken.
You think, feel and act through your physical body.
But what connects consciousness to that body?
And what becomes of the soul when consciousness disappears from ordinary awareness?
We experience consciousness everyday, yet we know remarkably little about its true nature.
When seeking answers, we often fall into one of two extremes:
Superstition and doubt.
Superstition accepts spiritual claims without genuine knowledge.
Doubt rejects the possibility of spiritual knowledge because it cannot be measured by the physical senses.
Both close the door to understanding.
So how can that door be opened?
Ancient cultures developed methods of spiritual training.
Indian yogis transformed consciousness through disciplined work with breathing.
Ascetics sought to free the soul from excessive dependence upon bodily desires.
These paths belonged to earlier stages of human evolution. Modern humanity requires a different path.
The strengthening of consciousness.
Consider how you normally think.
One thought appears.
Another follows.
Attention drifts.
Most thinking happens automatically.
But what happens when you consciously take hold of a single thought?
You hold it steadily.
Return to it when distracted.
Strengthen your ability to direct and sustain attention.
Gradually, thinking becomes less passive and more active.
Less something that happens to you.
More something you do.
This is the beginning of living thinking.
Through meditation, concentration, and inner practice, thought becomes a force rather than a reflection.
With further development, this path leads to insight into realities beyond ordinary sense experience: reincarnation, karma, aura,..
But the goal is not to collect extraordinary experiences.
It is not escapism.
It is not fantasy.
It is the difficult work of inner transformation.
The cultivation of a consciousness capable of distinguishing reality from illusion.
You do not have to withdraw from life to walk this path. You can study, work, form relationships, and participate fully in society.
The goal is not to escape earthly existence.
It is to become more conscious within it.
Anthroposophy does not seek merely to provide theories about the spiritual world.
It seeks to awaken capacities that normally remain asleep.
If thinking can be trained like a muscle, how much of its potential remains unused?

The causes of your present life may lie in a past you no longer remember.
When something happens, we naturally search for its cause.
A stone falls because of gravity.
A plant grows because of water and sunlight.
But what explains why one person suffers, succeeds or encounters someone who changes his entire life?
Can every event be explained by the same kind of causality?
Dr Steiner argued that it cannot.
He described 4 levels of causation corresponding to the four kingdoms of nature:
1. The Mineral Kingdom
A crystal forms under certain conditions.
A stone breaks a window because it strikes it.
Causes and effects belong to the same physical reality.
2. The Plant Kingdom
A plant absorbs water, minerals, and sunlight.
Yet these substances alone do not explain why an oak develops into an oak rather than a rose.
Living form requires the activity of etheric forces.
3. The Animal Kingdom
Animals possess an inner life of sensation, desire, and instinct (astral body).
But to understand its deeper causes, we must look into the supersensible past, beyond the animal's present physical existence.
Causality now extends not only beyond physical space, but into the past.
4. The Human Kingdom
The human being possesses an individual "I."
He thinks, chooses, acts, and creates consequences.
But why is one person born with certain capacities, encounters certain individuals, or faces particular circumstances?
Can heredity and environment explain everything?
Our destiny is shaped by different kinds of causes: heredity, the habits and actions of our present life, and karmic influences carried over from previous incarnations.
What we experience today may be connected to causes set in motion long before our present birth.
The higher we ascend through nature, the further we must extend our search for causes.
Reincarnation extends the chain of cause and effect beyond a single earthly life.
And it changes the questions we ask.
Not only:
"What past causes made me who I am?"
But also:
"What causes am I creating today?"
Every thought.
Every decision.
Every act toward inner development.
Each becomes a seed of future destiny.
We are not only living the consequences of the past.
We are also creating the conditions of our future.
Have you ever met someone and felt as though you already knew them?

The Future Is Written With Your Intentions:
You & The Stone
Hi, Prolotario here. You have been telling yourself the same lie for years. Tomorrow. Tomorrow you start. Tomorrow you get serious. Tomorrow the version of you that actually does the thing shows up.
Tomorrow never came. It's been tomorrow since 2019.
You watch them win. Scroll past their wins with a sour stomach and a thumb that won't stop moving. You call it "being happy for them." It's envy wearing a smile. You know it. They know it. The algorithm knows it.
You have every excuse in the book dog-eared and memorized. No time. No money. No connections. Bad timing. Bad luck. Bad start. Bad hand. You've rehearsed the excuses so many times they sound like facts. They are not facts. They are choices dressed as circumstances.
Here Is The Ugly Truth You Keep Avoiding:
You are not behind because life cheated you. You are behind because you kept waiting for a better moment to start. Your worst moment is where you are. Is that not enough to get moving?
The moment was never coming. The moment is made. Brick by brick. Ugly, slow, unglamorous, one stone at a time. The giant doesn't fall to the guy with the best plan. He falls to the guy who picked up the stone while everyone else was still talking about how big the giant was.
Your intentions are the blueprint. Your actions are the mortar. Without both, you're just a person with a dream and a phone full of screenshots.
Stop waiting to feel ready. Ready is a feeling invented by people who never moved. Move first. Feel it later.
Stop watching. Start building. The future is not something that happens to you. It is something you write and the pen has been in your hand the whole time while you complained about not having paper to write it on.
No mercy. No rewrite. No rerun.
Pick up the stone.
It's Game Time Rookie
God is with you.

Your soul is a battlefield between what has been and what has yet to become.
Within every soul, 2 streams are constantly moving in opposite directions.
The first flows from the past -> future.
Everything you have experienced leaves something behind.
- Your childhood.
- The mistakes you have made.
- The knowledge you have acquired.
These experiences do not disappear.
They continue living within you as memories and mental representations, shaping how you see the world today.
The second current flows from the future -> past.
Think of a goal you long to achieve.
A person you hope to meet.
A life you wish to build.
None of these experiences has happened yet.
And yet they already influence you.
They shape your attention, move your emotions, and direct your actions.
The future, as possibility, is already active within your soul.
This stream appears as desire, interest, Love, and aversion.
Consciousness arises where these 2 streams meet.
Most of your memories remain hidden until something awakens them.
Much of your inner life remains unconscious until these opposing currents meet and something enters awareness.
But when a memory encounters a living interest, something lights up.
Past and future meet in the present.
The etheric body carries the stream of memory.
The astral body carries the stream of desire.
Yet there is a third element.
You have memories.
But you are not your memories.
You have desires.
But you are not your desires.
You can examine an impulse, question it, and refuse to follow it.
You can bring both memory and desire before yourself and form a judgment.
Here the human I becomes active.
Consider any difficult decision.
Your past offers experience.
Your future awakens desire.
Yet judgment belongs to neither current.
The I weighs, evaluates, and judges.
Human beings are not merely pushed by the past or pulled by the future.
Through the activity of the I, they can become conscious of both.
And in that consciousness lies the possibility of freedom.

The reason you struggle to understand certain books is the very reason you need to read them.
Most people read to acquire information.
They want complicated ideas explained simply, difficult concepts summarized, and every question answered as quickly as possible.
The less effort required, the better.
But the activity of thinking can be just as important as the knowledge acquired through it.
The Philosophy of Freedom was not intended merely to communicate philosophical conclusions.
It was meant to awaken an activity within the reader.
One person reads a difficult passage, struggles, returns to the beginning, questions its meaning, and gradually arrives at an understanding through his own thinking.
Another person immediately searches for a summary and receives the same conclusion in thirty seconds.
Both are now able to repeat the idea.
But they haven't undergone the same inner development.
The first person has exercised the capacity for independent thinking the second has left untouched.
You could compare Steiner's books to a musical score.
A score does not produce music simply because someone looks at the notes.
The musician must bring it to life through his own activity.
Likewise, philosophical ideas must be inwardly recreated through thinking.
Knowing what someone else has thought is not the same as learning to think for yourself.
Spiritual development is not simply a matter of accumulating knowledge.
It also requires the cultivation of our inner capacities, especially conscious, independent thinking.
Whenever we accept an explanation without examining it or repeat an opinion without understanding it we allow our thinking to become passive.
Some difficulties are worth overcoming precisely because of what overcoming them develops within us.
Do not read merely to possess more knowledge.
Read in such a way that the activity of understanding gradually transforms the person who understands.
