Vehicle stopped for, from behind having a reg plate not conforming. Led to a number of offences and defects being found. Front bumper hanging off, scraping on the road, tyre without tread. Driver was in Preston heading to Birmingham. Vehicle prohibited, driver reported #T3RPU

We have 10 fire engines at a commercial building fire on Port Royal Avenue, Lancaster. There is a lot of smoke in the area and we advise people in the local area to keep windows and doors shut.
