A post from @SaadShahzad20 this week asked how a trader can be invited to a FunderPro interview and have a reward request declined in the same fortnight. Fair question. We're launching a new interview series with Michele Rossi and are recruiting funded traders for it now. The invite list is pulled automatically from traders who've been paid. Nobody checks account activity to build it, and the marketing team running it has no sight of risk reviews. Every reward request is reviewed by a separate team, for every trader, every time, and that team doesn't know who's been invited. So an invite and a review can land in the same week. An invite is a thank-you, not a clearance. On this account: it was treated the same as every other. Earlier this year a flag on it turned out to be our mistake, so we restored the account and paid the reward. This time the review found links to other accounts, which our terms don't allow, and the appeal was heard. When we get it wrong, we fix it. When the rules are broken, we expect the outcome to be accepted. The first interviews are being recorded now. Funded with a strategy that's working? We'd love to hear your story.
