Camp Lejeune veterans were poisoned on American soil and the US government covered it up. @ASGWoodward Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward, a Democrat embedded at the DOJ, is sending these veterans insulting “settlement offers” days before a court deadline.
With @POTUS in North Carolina today and only two hours from Camp Lejeune, this is setting up to be a gift-wrapped attack ad for Democrats. Someone please alert @AGToddBlanche to this ASAP!
President Trump will be in North Carolina for a rally tomorrow, and this needs to be put on his radar immediately.
Earlier this year, federal judges gave the DOJ a hard deadline: reach a settlement with Camp LeJeune victims by October 30th or this goes to trial.
That deadline is now just days away, with a trial set to begin on October 26, and instead of sending serious settlement offers to Camp LeJeune victims, Associate Attorney General Stanley @ASAGWoodward, a lifelong Democrat at the DOJ, has been sending these veterans insulting lowball offers designed to insult and belittle their suffering.
This is a political disaster waiting to happen. Let’s be clear: Democrats are 100% going to weaponize this against President Trump and try to hurt him with veterans heading into the midterms in two weeks.
The Democrats will say that it was HIS DOJ that screwed over sick US Marines and their families, and Stanley Woodward is handing the Democrats that ammunition on a silver platter.
@AGToddBlanche you really need to step in NOW to stop Woodward from undermining President Trump by further insulting the men and women who served our country.
It’s time to make things right. This is a PR disaster that could have been avoided, but sadly, Democrat Stanley Woodward is only making matters worse for both the administration and veterans. He has got to be one of the WORST hires of the second Trump administration. But, I tried to warn people.
Sadly, it will be too late when people finally realize what a mess they have created by putting him in that position.

US President Donald Trump said on Monday he is open to three-way arms-control talks with the leaders of China and Russia as soon as next month, raising the prospect of an unprecedented meeting and a major diplomatic gambit for the US president.
"We would have it to talk about nuclear weapons and denuclearization," Trump told reporters outside the White House. "If President Xi wants to have it, I'd have it. I'm sure we'd talk about other things like trade too."
Trump has tried to thaw frosty relations with Beijing and Moscow as those non-Western powers grow closer. A three-way meeting would also raise alarm from Europe to Asia over private deals that weaken Washington's transatlantic and Indo-Pacific alliances.

During the first five years, annual production is projected to average 348,000 gold-equivalent ounces, with AISC of $1,105 per gold-equivalent ounce.
Compared with the previous PEA, after-tax NPV increased 140%, while initial capex rose approximately 4%.
The improvement reflects higher metal-price assumptions, better metal payability and an extension of mine life from 11 to 14 years.

Federal agents collared suspects in a slew of voter fraud cases Monday morning, chasing targets across California drawn from a list of more than 20,000 suspected noncitizens in the state who allegedly registered to vote in next month’s midterm election.
Under the effort dubbed “Operation Protect the Vote,” law enforcement authorities sought more than two-dozen foreign nationals charged with fraudulently registering to vote in US elections, in which most of them allegedly cast illegal ballots.
Homeland Security Investigations swooped on the Commerce home of Alexander Muñoz around 6 a.m. in one of the arrests.

ELON MUSK PLEDGES SPACEX SHARE FOR EVERY CHILD IN AMERICA
Elon Musk has announced that he plans to give one of his own SpaceX shares to every child in America next year.
“This will be the first of many,” Musk, who is the world’s richest person, added in a post on X in the early hours of Monday.
The Tesla CEO and SpaceX founder did not immediately provide details on how the plan would work or elaborate on what additional giveaways he has planned.

TRUMP UNVEILS 15-MONTH PLAN TO RENOVATE HISTORIC DC GOLF COURSE
President Trump rolled out new renovation plans for the iconic East Potomac Golf Course and announced that it will be shut down for the next 15 months for the revamp.
Renovations that would transform it into a “one of the Best and Most Spectacular Golf Courses anywhere in the World” would begin Nov. 15, Trump claimed Sunday, as he glossed over the legal hurdles he has faced in the project.
“The current Course is old, broken, dilapidated, and of no further use or effect,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “It is in very poor condition, with falling, dangerous, and disease infested trees and, importantly, a collapsing and hazardous seawall.”

Finance leaders of the G7 grouping agreed to hold tabletop exercises to guard against AI cyber attacks, Japanese Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama said, as policymakers increasingly seek to coordinate responses to growing cyber security risks.
The agreement comes after the International Monetary Fund warned this week that confidence could be undermined by an AI-enabled cyber attack on a critical service of a financial institution.
