⚡️À Moscou, à la suite de rafles massives visant les jeunes, on a commencé à remettre des convocations aux bureaux de recrutement, notamment aux étudiants bénéficiant d'un sursis, selon les médias russes.
Les forces de l'ordre ont interpellé plus de 100 personnes à la sortie des bars et des discothèques du centre-ville. Dans les commissariats, les convocations ont été remises par groupes aux personnes interpellées majeures.
La raison officielle de ces rafles est la lutte contre la consommation d'alcool dans les lieux publics et les plaintes pour tapage.
