To this day, Stephen Miller taking down CNN live on air is one of the most brutal takedowns ever witnessed in modern American politics.
CNN: This is an undocumented immigrant, I do wanna note that.
Miller: Are you saying this, this immigrant was here illegally?
CNN: Yes, but I am, and that's why I said that. I clarified that...
Miller: Cause you said, undocumented, and I wasn't clear what that means. Okay. I'm assuming they have a fake ID. I'm assuming they have a fake social security number...
CNN: That's, that's neither here nor there. That's, that's getting away from the question, Stephen. I want, I want this to be, and call me naive, a good faith discussion.
Miller: When we use language that's designed to obscure the truth, that's not good faith.
Truly a masterclass, the man is unparalleled.

I don’t know if Rep. Raskin genuinely doesn’t understand basic civics and what Congressional Democrats have been doing for the past two years, or if he’s just being disingenuous. Probably a mix of both.
Americans should be righteously angry with Democrats for blocking bipartisan legislation that would have measurably improved their lives and cleaned up Washington.
Legislation to stop members of Congress from trading stocks. Legislation to protect Americans from paying higher electricity bills to subsidize massive data centers. Legislation to strengthen our national security.
All passed the House. All blocked by Senate Democrats.
It was a cynical political calculation to deny Republicans any wins before the midterms, then campaign on the very problems they refused to help solve. And voters fell for it.

Stephen Miller was born for the Chief of Staff role.
This is genuinely one of the greatest interviews I've ever watched in my life.
CNN’s Jake Tapper came in with a “gotcha” question on illegal immigration, and Miller didn’t flinch and even offered to stay 30 MINUTES to walk Tapper through it.
Tapper: How are you going to avoid deporting illegal immigrants working in agriculture?
Miller: “Only 1% of alien workers in the entire country work in agriculture. The top destinations for illegal aliens are large cities like New York, like Los Angeles...”
Tapper: “You’re kinda changing this subject.”
Miller: “Give me 30 minutes, I’ll go as deep as you want!”

Republicans got slaughtered and Democrats are popping champagne.
The kicker is Democrats are even less popular than Republicans.
It wasn’t a blue tsunami. It was an anti-Washington tsunami.
And the GOP was closest to the beach.

🚨 THIS: President Trump just shared Joel Pollak's take on last night, and it is the only one worth reading.
"Securing the border is ugly. Fighting Iran is costly. Taking on special interests upsets donors. Backing AI scares people."
"Tonight, Republicans paid the costs. The benefits will be with us for many generations."
Weak Republicans campaign on what is easy. Trump governs on what is NECESSARY.
One bad night does not undo a secure border.

How to Woke Right:
Step 1: Spend months attacking virtually every decision President Trump makes, from the war in Iran to his economic policies, telling Americans how badly they're being betrayed and how unaffordable everything has become, without bothering to analyze the data and without making any effort to explain what the administration is actually trying to accomplish or why those decisions were made in the first place.
Step 2: When Republicans lose elections, blame Trump for supposedly ignoring what Americans want, as if your own constant outrage and attacks had absolutely nothing to do with shaping how those voters feel. Forget examining whether the policies were justified, whether they were properly explained, or what alternatives would actually benefit the country.
Step 3: Lecture everyone else about the importance of keeping the Republican Party united. Tell us that criticizing Tucker Carlson is dangerous because he's part of the conservative movement and we cannot afford to divide the right.
Tell us that criticizing Tucker for spreading insane conspiracy theories and promoting everything anti-America is supposedly a threat to conservative unity, while telling Republican voters that their own president has betrayed them for no apparent reason.
Now, I want to be clear about something, because I think this is where the argument often gets lost.
Nobody is obligated to blindly defend Trump or agree with every decision he makes. There are legitimate arguments to be had about the Iran war, its costs, and the administration's economic policies. But if you genuinely care about conservative principles and want Americans to understand what Republicans are trying to accomplish, why wouldn't you at least explain the reasoning behind those decisions?
Do you seriously believe Trump went into office intending to make life more expensive for Americans? Do you think he decided to confront Iran for absolutely no reason? Even if you believe the war was a terrible mistake, is it really that difficult to explain why preventing the Iranian regime from acquiring nuclear weapons would be an important American national security objective, and then make your argument about why his approach was wrong?
Many of these people enthusiastically supported Trump and helped convince Americans to vote for him. Now they spend their time telling those same voters that everything he does is a betrayal, while offering absolutely nothing in the way of serious policy alternatives.
If you believe a policy is wrong, explain why, including what it was intended to accomplish and why your alternative would serve Americans better. But don't spend months encouraging voters to see every difficult decision as proof that their president has abandoned them, and then act surprised when those voters become disillusioned.
Oh and I forgot
step 4) Blame "neocons" or Jews for the loss instead of actually doing a moment of introspection or asking if your "republican" friends telling everyone not to vote may have had something to do with it.

OK let’s imagine that! $500M would fund Medicare for exactly 4 hours. Hospital closed by lunch.
Medicare costs us $1.2T a year. Thats $2.7B per day. You people literally have no clue how anything works. You elect people who are financially illiterate, and everything gets worse.
