Designed to provide investors with an optimized risk-return profile, the Saber Power Investments offering combined a private equity co-investment in Saber Power Services with a yield-enhancing liquid portfolio. Over a short holding period, this blended structure generated a combined net return of over 3x money invested delivering cumulative net cash distributions of approximately US$173.5 million to investors.
أعلن بنك جي إف إتش إتمام التخارج بنجاح من استثماره المشترك في "سيبر باور إنفيستمنت". وقد تم تصميم الطرح لتوفير توازن محسّن بين المخاطر والعوائد للمستثمرين، حيث جمع بين استثمار مشترك في الاستثمارات الخاصة بشركة سيبر باور سيرفيسز ومحفظة من الأصول السائلة المعززة للعائد.

GFH announces the successful closing of its US$63 million Power Systems Opportunities Fund, investing in mission-critical electricity grid infrastructure across North America and Europe.
Building on GFH’s focus on power infrastructure, the Fund invests in the critical equipment and engineering needed to build, connect, maintain and modernise electricity grids. As AI, data centres and electrification drive rising demand, and new generation and battery storage increase connection needs, these investments support the capacity, reliability and resilience of power networks.
