Almighty. Protect our children. Grant them a heart of faith, keep them healthy & heal all those who are ill. Bless them with good, righteous friends & those who will remind them of You. Grant them a strong sense of right & wrong & keep them safe. Aameen

The cops murdered a 1-year-old baby in Mississippi after someone falsely accused his mother of shoplifting from Walmart.
Even if the diapers were stolen that is no justification for cops to murder anyone let alone a child, but she had a receipt.
A baby is dead because of a shoot-first, murderous cop AND a racist person who profiled a Black mother and called the police over diapers that she didn’t even steal.

The Knicks got Harden to switch into 9 isolations in the 4th quarter and OT, getting an obscene 1.9(!!) points per direct action.

Geno Auriema better apologize to Dawn Staley. That was a SORE LOSER MOMENT, if I’ve ever seen one. South Carolina was the better team on this particular night. Lose with CLASS and INTEGRITY. That was a masterful performance from Dawn Staley and her team. MUCH RESPECT 🫡

Overprotected kids become unprepared adults.
Dawn Staley nailed it.🔥
You can’t shelter your child from every hard moment and then expect them to handle adversity when it counts.
Hard is the lesson.

Ole Miss HC Pete Golding - Tackling Fundamentals
- Approach (Tag Tempo)
- Arrival (Thud Tempo)
- Finish (Live Tempo)
"I think the most critical piece to tackling is the approach.
Approach Emphasis: Angle/Help, Long to Short Stride (Shimmy), Near Foot/Near Shoulder.
