ONCE UPON A TIME A MAN WITH PURPOSE.
Do we ever truly understand the reason why we are here?
What if I told this story:
A man was traveling to a faraway country. Deep into his journey, he stopped upon seeing a stone that bore a striking resemblance to a man. It was as if the stone had been carved with purpose—complete with eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. The traveler stood there and communed with it as though speaking to himself.
“What is the purpose of such a wonder,” he asked, “and yet it lies here in waste?”
As if in reply, a whisper came from the stone: “Isn’t this the life of so-called man?”
Curiosity stirred within the traveler. He asked again, even though he knew a stone could not speak.
The stone seemed to respond once more:
“Men only work because they know it is normal to work. But do they really work with any true purpose? Are they not just like me—beautiful designs of creation, lying in waste?”
The traveler, having no answer, walked away angrily, unsure of what he had heard.
But something happened further along the way.
He saw a bird gathering food and building a nest for its babies. Still irritated, he waved at the bird and told it to leave him alone.
Yet he heard a voice that seemed to come from the bird itself:
“You humans—what is even special about you people?”
Startled, he asked, “What did you just say?”—knowing full well that birds cannot speak.
The bird replied, “You all pursue one another out of the way, and in doing so, you have lost the actual way!”
With fury in his heart, the traveler continued on, pondering what the stone and the bird had said.
The analogy:
You may call the stone his heart or soul, which had always lain in waste without inner purpose.
The bird represents his body, which had only cared about survival and therefore always assumed others were in its way.
But there is a purpose.
And that purpose is found in God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 55:5
Behold, thou shalt call a nation that thou knowest not, and nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee.

The power of God came upon him—and he rose, stood on his feet, walked, and began moving his legs again!
The next day, he returned looking well and wearing a beautiful smile.
What a mighty God we serve! We truly witnessed the God of Wonders at work. All the glory belongs to Jesus! 🙌🔥

Yes, they may have done you wrong, betrayed you, left you out, but God is your vindicator. He’ll take care of who hurt you. But if you let that bitterness get on the inside, it’s going to poison the next relationship. You have to be at peace with who left.
You can not reason your way out of the reality of who God is to you.
God is your creator.
Jesus is your salvation.

Faith allows you to move before the evidence appears, trusting God enough to take the step when the destination is still unseen. Every step of obedience becomes part of the journey through which the path unfolds. Sometimes, the testimony you are waiting to see is hidden in the step of faith you have not yet taken. Hebrews 11 reminds us that through faith, people subdued kingdoms and obtained promises. Keep walking with God.
