I blame the agents and the search firms. Successful G6s experience high head coach turnover. They are tempted to hire an under qualified guy that might stick around awhile. Search firms dangle Hall, Summers, Napier etc as a way off the carousel.

My genuine advice to JMU fans: Fire him as soon as possible. Today is the perfect day. There is no hire he can make, no player he can recruit that will make it better. Napier is a genuinely stupid + incompetent micromanager. He’s a cancer that will slowly erode your program.
