Still don’t understand why he didn’t ask Friday to analyze Thanos fight pattern.
Should’ve said: “Friday analyze his fight pattern…let’s kick his ass”

Honestly, this is still one of my favorite twists in the MCU because nobody expected it. In Civil War, Bucky reveals that HYDRA had five other super soldiers who were even more dangerous than him. They were basically elite killers who could tear a whole country apart, but the serum made them so unstable that HYDRA had to keep them frozen.
So you expect Steve, Bucky, and Tony to end up fighting five super soldiers. Instead, they get to the bunker and find all five of them dead in their pods. Zemo had already killed them while they were sleeping. He knew super-powered people would only increase the destruction, so he didn’t need to fight the Avengers himself. He used the bunker to reveal that Bucky killed Tony’s parents and let the Avengers destroy themselves from the inside.

Well technically he didn't beat them in the conventional "I bested you in a fight" way. I think the implication is that he used Alioth to prune/destroy the other timelines and create only the Sacred Timeline. He certainly seemed like he outsmarted all his other variants, though
Dear men, please don’t lose a precious woman just because you want to experience being single.
I think I’ve lost the best relationship I’ve ever had because I convinced myself there was something I was missing. We were together for almost three years. We had genuine chemistry, enjoyed each other’s company and rarely struggled to understand each other.
I started wondering what life would be like if I were single again. One evening, I brought it up.
Her: “Are you saying you’re unhappy with me?”
Me: “No. I’m happy with you.”
Her: “Then what exactly do you want?”
Me: “I feel like I haven’t experienced enough on my own.”
Her: “You mean you want to date other women?”
Me: “I want to experience being single without feeling like I’m doing something wrong.”
Her: “So you want to lose me to find out whether there’s something better?”
Me: “That’s not what I’m saying.”
Her: “Then would you be okay with me seeing other men while you figure yourself out?”
I told her I would because I couldn’t expect her to put her life on hold for me. She looked at me for a while before saying, “I don’t think you understand what you’re asking me to give up.”

Laughing at that scene completely misses the sheer, suffocating terror of Carrie’s dynamic with Margaret White.
In Stephen King's novel, Carrie standing up to her mother wasn't some triumphant, girlboss flex or comedic moment. It was a terrifying climax of lifelong religious torture and physical abuse coming to a violent head. When Carrie finally unleashes her telekinesis against Margaret, she isn't feeling smug or empowered, she's trapped in a harrowing, desperate attempt to survive a woman who genuinely believes killing her own child is an act of divine mercy.
The power dynamic between them isn't funny; it's a claustrophobic psychological nightmare where a deeply broken girl has to use deadly force just to draw breath against her abuser.
Stop turning severe domestic trauma into cheap, laugh-emoji comedy. Read the book. #Carrie
I’m just wondering how Carrie was feeling when she finally started using her powers in front of her mum. 😂

How did Tony Stark manage to design the Hulkbuster armor to withstand the Hulk’s devastating punches? What technology made it strong and durable enough to go toe to toe with the Hulk?

As a fan of comic Thor, it genuinely frustrates me whenever Marvel heavily nerfs his character. Thor wielding Stormbreaker is on a completely different level compared to him with Mjolnir. Yet somehow, an enraged, full-power attack from Stormbreaker Thor gets blocked by Doctor Doom using just two fingers? Give me a break. And let's not even talk about how easily the Fantastic Four defeated Doom in the 2005 film.

One of my favorite MCU twists is still the one in Civil War, mainly because it completely subverts what you think is coming. Bucky reveals that HYDRA created five other Winter Soldiers, super soldiers even more dangerous than he was. They were essentially elite, unstable killers powerful enough to take down an entire country, which is why HYDRA kept them cryogenically frozen.
You fully expect Steve, Bucky, and Tony to have to fight all five of them. Instead, when they reach the bunker, they find the soldiers already dead in their pods. Zemo had killed them in their sleep. He understood that more super-powered people would only create more chaos, so he never needed to battle the Avengers himself. He simply used the location to expose that Bucky had killed Tony’s parents, letting the team tear itself apart from within.
I think Snape understood Voldemort's methods far better than he understood his actual plans. Being one of Voldemort's most trusted Death Eaters didn't mean he had access to every secret. In Goblet of Fire, we see that Voldemort deliberately kept his followers divided and never allowed any one of them to know everything. Even Bellatrix, arguably his most devoted follower, knew nothing about his Horcruxes. Snape's position gave him access to important conversations, missions and Voldemort's expectations, but that didn't necessarily mean he understood the full picture.
What's particularly interesting is that Snape understood something most Death Eaters never did: Voldemort's greatest weakness was his inability to recognise loyalty that wasn't motivated by fear or personal gain. Through Occlumency, Snape concealed his real intentions while allowing Voldemort to believe he could read him. In Deathly Hallows, we learn just how effectively he manipulated that trust. So perhaps Snape wasn't pretending to understand everything happening inside Voldemort's inner circle; he was carefully controlling how much Voldemort believed he knew. That's what made him such an effective double agent.
If Snape was genuinely one of Voldemort’s most trusted Death Eaters, how much of Voldemort’s inner circle did Snape actually understand, and how much was he merely pretending to understand? #HarryPotter

“He who remains” was terrifying, not only because he knew everything that was going to happen, but because he beat every single version of himself in the multiverse... what if the avengers had to battle he who remains instead of Dr Doom?

Fawkes is Dumbledore’s phoenix, yet one of its feathers ends up in Voldemort’s wand. How does that even happen? Did the feather choose him before Dumbledore had Fawkes, or is there something stranger going on with how wands pick their wizards?

Why did Bellatrix Lestrange appear to love Voldemort so obsessively when Voldemort himself was incapable of returning that love in any ordinary sense? #HarryPotter

My girlfriend introduced me to her parents as the man she wanted to marry, then I discovered she'd been using the money I saved for our wedding to pay her ex-boyfriend's rent.
I didn't confront her immediately.
I waited until we were having dinner.
Me: “How much is your ex's rent?”
She dropped her fork.
Her: “What?”
Me: “The apartment you've been paying for since March. How much is it?”
She stared at me for a few seconds.
Her: “Who told you that?”
That question told me everything.
She didn't ask what I was talking about.
She asked who exposed her.
