Ten million people have watched an MIT professor accidentally destroy the executive coaching industry. He filmed the lecture once in January 2018 and died eighteen months later. Executive coaches charge fifteen thousand dollars a session to teach a third of what he covered in one hour for free. His name was Patrick Winston. He ran the MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory from 1972 to 1997 and wrote the AI textbook every computer science major in the world read for thirty years. Every January for four decades, he gave a lecture called "How to Speak." His entire framework fits on a napkin. Do not read. Be in the image. Keep images simple. Eliminate clutter. Start with an empathetic connection. End with a punch line the audience can repeat over dinner. Never open with a joke. Never end with "thank you." That last rule alone has probably cost the executive coaching industry a hundred million dollars. "Your success in life will be determined largely by your ability to speak, your ability to write, and the quality of your ideas. In that order." That is the actual opening line of the lecture. Winston believed it strongly enough to spend fifty years teaching computer scientists how to talk. Founders spend $80,000 on an MBA and then hire a communications coach to teach them the same material Winston filmed once for free. Engineers write brilliant code and lose promotions to teammates who watched this lecture on the train. The lecture is free on MIT OpenCourseWare. The textbook is free on his page. Winston died in 2019. Almost none of the ten million viewers have actually implemented the four rules on the napkin. The napkin is free. The willingness to actually use it in your next meeting is the entire edge.

Anyone else constantly talking to your AIs and feeling like you’re in Star Trek, the only difference is we don’t start with “Computer” at the beginning? 😂 [RIP Sir Patrick Stewart]

I’ve spent lifetimes training the mind—earning a PhD, climbing the corporate ladder, mastering logic. But I underestimated the power of the Emotional Body. Emotions fuel our desires, shape our manifestations, and connect us to others. The best sales pitch, the most compelling copy, the speech that moves nations—they all succeed because they tap into emotion. Our emotions aren’t distractions. They’re power.

I got an electric piano for Christmas from my husband. I haven't played the piano since I was 7-years-old. I've been learning to play my favorite video game songs and it's absolutely glorious. It's never too late to learn a new skill or take on a childhood dream 🥹

Here's the ultimate truth to how the Universe works: Nothing can happen without your agreement. Here are 5️⃣ examples that prove it 👇

5️⃣ Fear-based agreements keep you stuck. The most damaging agreements are those made in fear—fear of failure, rejection, or scarcity. But fear-based agreements can be processed (allowed to express and release).

These are just the agreements that we experience on a day-to-day level. There are also agreements made at a social, cultural, interspecies, interplanetary, and universal level. By becoming aware of Agreements, we can start to understand the true nature of universe.

Feeling stuck or unmotivated? Here’s the truth: waiting for motivation doesn’t work.

Instead, reconnect to your “why.” Why did you start this journey? What inspired you to take the first step? Then, take one small action. It doesn’t have to be perfect—just something to move you forward. Action creates momentum, and momentum builds motivation.

I used to think my 9-5 was the reason I couldn’t follow my dreams. Then I realized something: my job wasn’t holding me back—it was helping me move forward. Now, I’m using my 9-5 to fund my dreams and learning the skills I need to grow my business—all while getting paid.

Your energy is your most valuable currency. Protect it like you protect your bank account.

If people keep asking you for advice on the SAME topic, that’s a sign. It’s time to turn it into a signature offer.

Here’s what nobody tells you about magick... Crystals, spells, and props aren’t the magick—they’re just tools to help you take action in the Universe. The key? The physical act. Your body is the bridge between Universes and dimensions.

Every technology we create is to break free from limitations.
