Another studio is gone. Polyarc, the developer behind Moss and Moss: Book II, has announced it is shutting down after nearly 12 years. Moss was one of the franchises that helped show what full-scale VR games could actually be. Really rough news for the team and the VR space.

BREAKING: EA + SAVVY GAMES? Saudi Arabia’s PIF is reportedly considering merging Electronic Arts with Savvy Games Group, according to Bloomberg/Reuters. EA’s $55B acquisition only closed August 4. No final decision has been made. This is not yet a confirmed merger.
