Replying to @Wizards
@Wizards Your secret lair business model makes no sense. You make LESS money by not doing print to demand, exclude and infuriate your potential customers with a ridiculous shopping experience and engender nothing but bad will with handling of scalpers. HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?

(con't) You have people add things to their cart an hour in advance to have the event start and be told they are over an hour wait time when the time flips over, even though they've already been waiting an hour. Have you ever actually bought something this way? I doubt it.

Simple math bears the absurdity. If you did print to demand, and 250,000 people wanted it at $250, you just made $62.5 million dollars. With the system you have now, you sell less and make less, as well as making your consumers angry. Why? How does this serve your stakeholders?
