You may not agree with everything here (I don't and I know more details), but it really seems worth a read. The author is intrepid. There is this quaint notion called due process. Let's get bad of the bad guys, absolutely. Evidence is nice. Do we really want the Mike Pence rule?

Western legal thought struggled for centuries to balance the rights of victims and accused. They sought to escape the Salem Witch Trial horrors, where strong priors of guilt swamped all "evidence", and the accusation became the conviction. Presumption of innocence emerged. 1/3

Predators must pay, victims must always be protected and helped. But “the tribunal of Twitter” is not the right way to address this. I find it plain wrong. I don’t know how many people share my view: my guess, right or wrong, is that the large majority does. 3/3

Yes, as a nation we’ve really locked up asylum seekers for nine years. Nine. Years.
We’ve got Djokovic supporters on the left and refugee advocates on the right. One Djokovic supporter just said to me “I feel so ignorant. I came here for him, and find out they’ve been locked up nine years. It’s so wrong.”

So, the NFL’s investigation into the Washington Football Team didn’t take down Daniel Snyder, but it did take down Jon Gruden, whose brother, Jay, was fired by Snyder two years ago this week.

Why don't the Democrats advertise to Georgia voters that Trump's insistence on recounts came at the expense of the Georgia taxpayers? Might help them.

Is it true that Trump and Biden will be roommates now?
Certainly a hopeful note. But there is truth in it.
America is coming together, not apart. Moms and vets are standing with BLM leaders. Sports figures are kneeling to honor Kaepernick’s plea for racial justice. Old and young voters alike are rejecting Trump. America, I believe in you. #TogetherWeRise
Mr. President or not—I don’t care one bit what your name is. I will not allow troops in Chicago, and I will do everything in my power to stop you.

Is it possible that @realDonaldTrump is against mail-in voting because this is more difficult for the Russians to manipulate?
