Despite our focus on the ongoing growth of #GeniusGroup, reporting 150% 2023 proforma revenue growth, 10x growth in the last 3 years and guidance of continued growth this year, we have seen our $GNS share price continue to drop - to the extent the Board has had to implement a reverse split to protect all our shareholders from the risk of delisting Today I am going to my Board to seek approval to personally acquire 10 million additional shares of $GNS as a further indication of my commitment to this incredible company and team. If they approve this today we will action this ASAP. While I am CEO of Genius Group, I am first and foremost the founder and the earliest and largest investor in the company. Prior to our IPO I owned over 60% of the company and I have felt the same pain as all of our investors in seeing the decline of our share price as the company has grown. We are now trading at less than 0.3x trailing revenue vs our Edtech peers, who are at an average of 5x revenue - that’s a 15x delta… While I have my opinion, shared by our lawyers, as to what keeps pushing our price down, I am not allowed to voice these opinions openly. So instead I will keep focused at building Genius Group as a leading AI powered Edtech company. I will continue on our path to our goal of 100m students and $1B revenue, and I will continue to work for the benefit of all our stakeholders. (BTW today is my birthday. The board approving my proposal would be the best birthday gift I could get)
