I have to complain about the horrendous wait times on the @OFLoakfurniture head office call centre. So far 4 attempts) 1st- 44 mins, 2nd - 52 mins, 3rd-68mins and lastly 104 mins and things still not resolved. Would someone from the company like to comment?

Hi - we have 2 of these! can't get one fusion 5 to switch on and 4 Yr old is grumpy - can you help? Tried support on your website but nobody has come back. Just a black screen, press power and volume up and get boot menu, select fast, normal and recovery and nothing happens?
