Metacognition is the highest form of intelligence 🧠 Metacognition is the ability to think about your own thinking. It allows you to recognize your thought patterns, question your beliefs, understand your emotions, and reflect on how you make decisions. People with strong metacognitive skills are better able to recognize their mistakes, adjust their behavior, and learn from experiences. While it's often considered an important part of intelligence, metacognition goes beyond simply knowing information. It's about understanding how your mind works and using that awareness to make better choices.
