I’ve seen the highs, the lows, the silence, and how quickly this market can change in the blink of an eye. One day, nobody cares. The next, everyone’s watching. So keep building. Keep showing up. Keep being consistent, even when it feels like you’re talking to an empty room. I wish I had more liquidity to support the people putting their heart and soul into this space. I really do. But I hope you know that support isn’t always measured in money. Sometimes, being seen, recognised and reminded that your work matters is just as important. Don’t rely on others to make you known. Build something so good they can’t ignore you. The people you look up to today were once building in silence, too. And somewhere out there, someone is looking at what you’re doing and finding the motivation to keep going themselves. You might not see the impact you’re having yet. That doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
