as someone with BPD if my friend blocks me out of nowhere id probably kill myself or horribly crash out about it because the mindset of "helping people with BPD with their abandonment issues by blocking them randomly" doesn't help at all

There is no such thing as "BPD" or "NPD" abuse. Does abuse from someone with depression turn into "depressive abuse"? No? Then why the fuck are we putting a label on it? Abuse is simply abuse. Your abuser just happened to have a specific mental health condition.
